Manuel Antonio UTV Buggy Explorer

Up to 4 people, one 4x4 buggy, and 5 hours of jungle. Ride muddy river crossings and steep rainforest trails, stop for wildlife, then hike to a jungle waterfall for a swim. You don't need to know how to ride a quad; if someone can drive a car, you're set.

Your itinerary

• 0:00 · Safety briefing — Your driver learns the basics of the UTV before heading out.
• 0:20 · Jungle trails — Hit the dirt trails through dense rainforest, with stops for wildlife and photos.
• 1:30 · River crossings — Splash through muddy rivers and streams.
• 2:30 · Waterfall hike & swim — Short guided hike to a natural waterfall pool for a swim and a break.
• 4:00 · Scenic return — Ride back on a different route.
• 5:00 · Tour ends

What's included

• 4x4 UTV buggy for up to 4 people
• Professional bilingual guide (English/Spanish)
• Helmet and safety gear for everyone
• Private trail & waterfall access

What to bring

• Closed-toe shoes (sneakers are perfect — no sandals)
• Swimsuit and a small towel
• Sunscreen and sunglasses
• Insect repellent
• Clothes you don't mind getting muddy or dusty

Good to know

• Your guide leads in a separate vehicle, so your UTV is just for your group — everyone rides together.
• One person drives (18+ with a valid license); passengers of any age welcome.
• Price is per buggy, not per person, so it works out cheaper with 4.
• Tours run rain or shine (the mud is half the fun). If weather makes trails unsafe, we reschedule or give a full refund.
